simple happiness.

today a friend came into work and said,
"ashley. you look good. you just look so happy."
as i thought i about it i realized i am.
i am so happy.
i know it's because i understand this and the places it can take me.
i've chosen to keep a good attitude.
it's not always easy, but it's definitely worth it.
and i learned a lot at efy that obedience brings happiness.
