one goal.
148.6 miles.
a couple of melt downs.
water galore.
music downloads.
running in the snow.
a race package from hilly.
shaved legs.
[to make me run faster.]
"energy bar" bagel and fruit.
after-the-run peanut butter shakes.
[protein source.]
some good runs
an entire attitude adjustment.

and i owe all of it to kayla.
i wish she could be running with me.
but i thank her for once again making me a better person.
