that's what i love about sunday

first off, props to craig morgan for the title.

Okay. i just love sundays. i can't get over it.
Relief Society is so cool. Yeah, who would have ever thought that a 19 year old girl would say they though R.S. is cool. i mean last summer before college i avoided going like the plague. i mean it's just all the old ladies with lessons that will bore me up the wall.
i take it all back now.
The lessons are absolutely incredible.
Every. Single. One.
Today we talked about a talk from Elder Eyring, "Our Hearts Knit as One"
You know, we all come from different backgrounds, growing up in different circumstances and situations. i just felt inspired to be more accepting and loving of others around me. Reach out a little more.
One point we focused on was "speak well of one another." i love this.
Growing up mom would always say, "Remember kids what Thumper always says, 'if you can't say anything nice don't say anything at all.'"
Why not do this a little more? ..look for the positive. i had a light bulb...one of those times when it's something you've heard your whole life but it finally sinks in.... Each and every person on this earth is a child of our Heavenly Father. i don't have the right to judge them, especially being so imperfect myself. Being a little less judgemental is my new goal. Let's just help each other be happy and live forever with our Heavenly Parents.

i'm off to girls camp this week as a leader. boo yah.
